IIYT launches African American Yoga Therapist Scholarship Program
The International Institute of Yoga Therapy supports diversity in the field of yoga therapy. For this reason, we are providing a scholarship program to support African American students interested in pursuing certification in the clinical applications of yoga therapy (C-IAYT) and/or registration with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level (RYT500).
Interested individuals must be able to substantiate an interest in yoga therapy and be able to describe an experiential background in yoga and an interest in pursuing professional occupations in yoga and yoga therapy, regarding it as an essential aspect to healing and wholeness.
