The IIYT Diversity in Yoga Therapy Scholarship is awarded to individuals interested in any and all of the following programs: * IIYT Level I: Yoga teacher training program and registration with Yoga Alliance at the 200 level (RYT 200) * IIYT Level II: Registration with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level (RYT500) * IIYT Level III Clinical Externship Program: Certification in the clinical applications of Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT) * IIYT Level IV Post-Graduate Specialization in Yoga Therapy Fellowship
Interested individuals must be able to substantiate an interest in yoga therapy and be able to describe an experiential background in yoga and an interest in pursuing professional occupations in yoga and yoga therapy regarding it as an essential aspect to healing and wholeness. Maximum amount awarded IIYT Level I: $1000.00 IIYT Level II: $2000.00 IIYT Level III: $2000.00 IIYT Level IV: $2000.00

How to apply for the IIYT Diversity in Yoga Therapy Scholarship To order to qualify for the IIYT Diversity in Yoga Therapy Scholarship individuals are requested to provide the following two documents.
1) A completed Level I, Level II, Level III, or Level IV application for admission. On your application please indicate that you are applying for the IIYT Diversity Scholarship. Applications are submitted electronically by visiting www.iiyogatherapy.com or by requesting an emailed application by contacting vzador@meetingpro.net
2) Two Letters of Recommendation must be submitted along with the application for admission. The Letters of Recommendation must indicate the start dates of either Level I, Level II and Level III, or Level IV program, the name of the applicant and the name and contact information of a teacher, counselor, employer and/or individuals(s) who have interacted with the applicant in an educational or professional environment. The Letters of Recommendations are submitted by email to vzador@meetingpro.net
